Exchanges and Returns
We are confident that you will love your purchase. We try our best to make sure you have all the information that you need to select the right style and size. We show you real product pictures (no photoshop touchups) so that there are no surprises. We give you the most complete and detailed product information so that you will always get the right size and a perfect fit. Despite that sometimes things happen. Here is what you should do in the unlikely case that you need to exchange or return an item.
If you want to exchange an item:
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, please send us an email to tell us about it. We will have you return the item and once it is revised we will refund the amount through Wabi Sabi online store and you can make a new purchase in the store. The client will have to pay transportation costs for the exchange.
If you want to exchange the size or color and the amount is the same as your original purchase just send us an email requesting the change. In this case the customer must pay the shipping costs of returning the item and sending the new request.
Wabi Sabi online store only sells items in perfect condition. If by exception you get a garment with a defect or in case Wabi Sabi sends by mistake a different item then the requested, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org In this case, Wabi Sabi will cover the shipping costs.
We are confident that our customers will be satisfied with all purchases. In case you want to request a refund or exchange an item, just send an email to email@example.com no later than 7 days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for return.Items must be returned:
1) In the original state can not be worn, washed or damaged
2) Complete with all accessories or parts that make up the article
3) The original labels
4) Complete original packaging
5) The original invoice or a copy of it
For your safety we recommend you to ship the item by courier or registered post and that you retain proof of shipment. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer that wishes to return an item. In case the item shipped is defective, Wabi Sabi will assume the total shipping cost for exchange and / or return.
Important note: Until we receive the items in our office they are under your responsibility.
How will I receive my refund?Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same manner in which you made your payment.
When will I receive my refund?When we verify that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email confirming our approval for return. Please do not send anything without this approval.
Remember that the payment return to a credit card always depends on your bank or card company.
